About me and my practice
Dr. Wilfred Wong is a professional counsellor from Hong Kong, born and raised in Hong Kong, and now live in the United Kingdom. He received professional counselling training and am holder of relevant qualification with more than twenty years' counselling experience.
Through offering counselling services, Dr. Wong intends to become the client's company and help him/her to understand himself/herself and his/her surroundings better. In the course of counselling, Dr. Wong will explore with the client resources available to him/her both internally and externally and let him/her see that there are different alternatives. The ultimate aim is to help the client to become free and be able to enjoy life.
Experience
Dr. Wong has extensive training in various counseling theories and experience in personal, marital, and family counseling. His expertise includes emotional issues, depression, anxiety, premarital counseling, love, marriage, and family therapy.
Dr. Wong specialized in treating all kinds of anxiety disorder, such as panic attack, phobia, general anxiety disorder, obsessive and compulsive disorder, social phobia, health anxiety / hypochondria, adjustment disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, etc.

Initial Consultation
A free 15 minute online session/consultation to let client and counsellor to understand each other and establish the coming counselling goals and schedule.
Fees
£50 for a 50 minute online session (video via whatsapp or zoom; or telephone).
My fee is just £50 per session for individuals and £60 per session for couples.
It is a bit lower than the normal market rate, because I want to make counselling be more reachable to most people.
When I Work
Mondays, Thursdays and Sundays 09:00- 16:00 (except bank holidays)
